TWICE Commerce offers a dedicated Customers section within its Admin interface, providing an overview of customer data and interactions. The Customers list feature enables efficient management and analysis of customer information.

Accessing the Customers list

You can access the Customers list by following these steps:

  1. Open your TWICE Admin.
  2. Click on the "Customers" tab on the left side of the screen.
Note: This feature is only available for users with the Build, Advance and Enterprise plans.

Understanding the Customers list

The Customers list offers a unified view of all your customers, organized by email address. This means each row represents a unique email address, consolidating all associated booking data under that email. Customers with multiple bookings using the same email address will appear as a single entry.

Finding and filtering customer information

The Customers list allows you to easily locate specific customers or filter the list based on various criteria:

  • Search Function: Use the search bar to find customers by their names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
  • Filter Options: Refine the customer list by using the provided filter options.
  • Date: Filter customers based on their last purchase date.

Managing customer data

The Customers list facilitates effective management of customer data by offering the following options:

  • Exporting Data: Export the customer list to a CSV file for further analysis or backup purposes.
