Viewing completed orders

Completed orders provide crucial insights into your business performance and customer history. This guide will show you how to efficiently access, search for, and analyze completed orders in TWICE Commerce.

Accessing Completed Orders

  1. Log into your TWICE Commerce admin dashboard and navigate to "Orders" in the left sidebar menu
  2. Select "Completed" from the dropdown menu

You'll see a comprehensive list of all completed and canceled orders, grouped by return date (most recent first).

Understanding Order Details

Each completed order displays:

  • Order number
  • Return date
  • Customer name
  • Product list
  • Order status (completed/canceled)
  • Payment status
  • Total price
  • Applied discount codes
  • Start and end dates

Finding Specific Orders

Quick Search

Using the search bar is great for finding a specific order quickly. Use the search bar at the top to find orders by:

  • Customer name (first or last)
  • Complete article ID
Tip: Utilizing a barcode scanner makes searching within TWICE Commerce much faster.

Advanced Filtering

You can use filters to limit the search results to match the specified conditions. For example, if you want to see all orders that have used a particular discount code, you can easily find them using filters.

  1. Click the calendar icon to filter completed orders by the completion dates.
  2. Choose a preset date range or set custom dates
  3. Click "Apply" to filter results
  4. Click the filter button above the header row to apply column filters to the table.
Note: Results are limited to 100 rows by default. Click "Load More" at the bottom to view additional entries.

Managing Completed Orders

Export Orders

  1. Select the date range and apply filters to select the orders you want to export.
  2. Click the "Export" button, and your orders will be downloaded to a CSV file.

Reopen or Duplicate Orders

  • Open the completed order you want to duplicate or reopen
  • Select "Reopen" to modify a completed order
  • Choose "Duplicate" to create a new order with the exact details

  • Track customer purchase patterns for better business decisions
  • Use exported data for detailed analysis and reporting
