Setting your date and time format

Clear and consistent date and time formats are crucial for smooth business operations. Proper date and time formatting:

  • Maintains consistency across your team's operations
  • Provides clarity in customer communications and receipts
  • Aligns with your local business practices and regional standards

Accessing Date and Time Settings

To change your date and time format in TWICE Commerce, head over to Settings > Account > General. Find the format settings under the "Date & Time" section.

Available Format Options

Date Format

Choose from:

  • MM/DD/YYYY (e.g., 03/15/2025)
  • DD.MM.YYYY (e.g., 15.03.2025)
  • YYYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2025-03-15)

Time Format

Select between:

  • 12-hour format (e.g., 2:30 PM)
  • 24-hour format (e.g., 14:30)

First Day of Week

Choose either:

  • Sunday
  • Monday

This setting affects how your calendar views and weekly reports are displayed.

Applying Your Changes

  1. Select your preferred formats for each option
  2. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page
  3. Refresh your admin panel to see the updates

Your selected formats will be reflected across:

  • Booking calendars
  • Order histories
  • Customer communications
  • Reports and analytics
  • Inventory timestamps
