Adding users to your TWICE account

Managing your team effectively starts with properly setting up user access in TWICE. This guide will walk you through adding new users to your TWICE Commerce account.

Adding New Users

1. Access User Management

  • Log into your TWICE Admin dashboard and navigate to Settings > Account > Users & Permissions

2. Invite Users

  • Click "New User" in the top right corner
  • Select the appropriate user role from the dropdown menu
  • For multiple locations: Choose which store(s) the user can access
  • Enter the user's email address (for multiple users, separate emails with commas)
  • Click "Invite"

3. Complete Setup

  • Users will receive an email invitation valid for 7 days
  • They must create a password and can then log in at admin.twicecommerce.com/login

Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions:

  • Invitation not received: Check spam folder or resend invitation. Mark TWICE as a safe sender in your email service.
  • Expired invitation: Generate a new invitation
  • Wrong email: Cancel the invitation and send a new one
  • Need to change roles: Edit existing user permissions
