We all have that one familiar system of measurement units that we know like the back of our hand. Then there are the other, strange units systems used elsewhere, often requiring a quick Google search to ensure the correct unit conversion.

The right measurement format:

• Helps customers quickly understand product specifications
• Ensures compliance with regional standards
• Reduces confusion and potential returns
• Streamlines your everyday workflows

Available Measurement Systems

TWICE Commerce supports four measurement systems:

• Metric System: kg, m & cm
• US System: lb, ft & in
• UK System: st, ft & in
• AU System: kg, cm & US shoe size

Setting Your Measurement Units

1. Log into your TWICE Commerce Admin Panel
2. Navigate to Settings > Account > General
3. Find the "Unit System" section
4. Select your preferred system from the dropdown menu
5. Click "Save" to apply changes

Note: Measurement unit changes apply store-wide and may take a few minutes to propagate across all systems.

Best Practices

• Choose the system most familiar to you and your target market
• Review existing product listings after changing units
• Update product descriptions and variants to reflect the new measurement system
• Test the shopping experience to ensure consistency
