Creating a Pricing Template

  1. Navigate to any product's Pricing > Bookings tab
  2. Set up your pricing table with the desired structure
  3. Click Options at the top of the pricing table
  4. Select Save as New Template
  5. Enter a descriptive name for your template
  6. Adjust any multipliers if needed
  7. Click Create Template
  8. Save your progress to secure the template

Applying a Template to Other Products

  1. Go to the product where you want to use the template
  2. Open the Pricing > Bookings tab
  3. Click Options above the pricing table
  4. Select Use a Pricing Template
  5. Choose your template from the list
  6. Adjust the base price if needed
  7. Save your changes

Best Practices

  • Use clear, descriptive names for templates (e.g., "Peak Season Ski Rentals 2024")
  • Review pricing tables after applying templates to ensure accuracy

Consider creating separate templates for different seasons or promotional periods

NOTE: Templates cannot currently be deleted, so reuse existing ones when possible

Important Notes

  • Editing individual price items after applying a template will create a new standalone pricing table for that product. Any customizations you make to the table won't edit the pricing table if used with other products.
  • Base prices can be modified without affecting the template structure

Common Issues

  • Confirm you saved changes after applying the template
  • Check that the base price is set correctly
  • Verify all multipliers are appropriately configured
