Accessing Upcoming Orders

  1. Log in to your Twice Commerce Admin
  2. Navigate to Orders > Upcoming in the left menu
  3. You'll see all future rental orders displayed chronologically

Understanding the Order Overview

Each order card displays essential information at a glance:

Left Section: Displays the customer’s name, the number of people included in the order, and readiness indicators (green for ready, yellow for pending, red for failed).

Middle: Shows the total number of products in the order, listing up to three specific products.

Right Side: Indicates each order's start time and date, including the day of the week and exact time. Orders starting today but past their start time are marked in red and moved to expired orders the next day. Additionally, you'll find here whether the order is for delivery, whether a customer or staff comment exists, and whether the order is paid.

Tip: Orders appear in the chronological order based on the starting time

Filtering and Searching Orders

Use these tools to find specific orders quickly:

  • Search Bar: Enter customer name or article ID. You can also scan barcodes to find orders even faster.
  • Status Filter: View orders by preparation status.
  • Date Filter: Select specific dates or timeframes.
  • Product Filter: Show orders containing specific items you define.
Tip: Use filters to create focused work lists. For example, filter orders that start "Today" to focus on high-priority tasks.
