Categories help you categorize your products, which help you and your customers

The categories section in the TWICE Commerce catalog allows you to manage and create new categories. Categories improve navigation in your online store and simplify product selection when creating manual orders.

Manage existing categories

Through the categories table, you can easily access individual categories, reorder them, delete and export existing categories one-by-one or in bulk.

Reordering categories

You can also rearrange the display order, which reflects to both TWICE online store and manual order creation.

You can open the reorder pop-up by clicking the Reorder button.

Create new categories

You can easily create new categories through the New category button.

After you have added the category name and the description, you can create the new category by pressing Create category button.

After you have created the new category you can also add an image and get access to category specific settings for adding an online booking buffer and category terms.

Tip: you can also create new categories when you are editing an existing product or creating a new one.
